rp3410 deconfigured processor

dear all i have an rp3410 server with 1 processor installed. model no. A9954A, i looked at the cstm and it says there are 2 CPUs installed and one of them is deconfigured. could there be something wrong with the 2nd core of the processor? or is it an iCAP? and is there any way to tell? note that the server is still under warranty, thank you.

The rp3410 is also sold with a dual core cpu - 1 core activated, 1 deactivated (1P/1C).

In this case you'll need to buy a license to activate the second.

well torsten i only have the model no and on partsurfer and on the warranty website it says 1way server solution, so i guess that does it. Thank you all for your great efforts ;o)
