unable to find updated firmware for our rp3440. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Craig,

You can install the latest (PDC46.34) using an OS patch if you wish (depending on the OS you have):

11.11 -> PHSS_36165
11.23 -> PHSS_36166
11.31 -> PHSS_36167
