rp4440 connection to SC10

is it possible to connect rp3440 or rp4440 to FC60 controller (which is then connected to a couple of SC10 enclosures)?

P.S. I always assign points for 2 reasons

1) people take the time to answer my questions
2) someone else who is looking for the answer later will be able to see which response was correct.

Re: rp4440 connection to SC10

Do you want to connect to the SC10 or the FC60?

This is not clear to me, because the question is different from the subject.

Anyway, yes in both cases - you need to use the appropriate HBAs.

Hope this helps!

Re: rp4440 connection to SC10

Sorry, I want to connect the rp3440 or rp4440 to the FC60 controller the fc60 controller is then attached to a couple of SC10 enclosures. This enables us to configure LUNs in various raid configurations. Do you happen to know what the HBA would be to connect server to FC60?

You should be able to use A6826A cards to connect to the FC 60.

thanks I'll try to confirm that with HP. As promised I've assigned points, any further comments are welcomed. I'll wait a little while before closing this thread.
