rp7410 Fan Hot Swappable ? / PM login - default ?

The front R/H/S fan on one of our rp7410 servers failed this morning. Are these truly hot-swappable or do we need to arrange an outage ?

Also after checking the chassis logs via the PM menu at the console (I did ctrl b from a root shell) I came out all the way to the PM login by doing x exit instead of co for console and now I can't get back to normal console mode.Is there a default for PM login ? Nobody seems to know what the user/password is so I am guessing it has never been changed from the factory default. I need to get back in to switch to console mode.

Yes, they are hot-swappable. They have an LED on the top, should be yellow, I believe, on failure. When you slide the drawer out of the rack, be sure to keep an eye on the cables - you can unseat them if they snag, and then you *will* have an outage. So carefully slide the drawer out, open the top, release the latch, slide the old fan out, slide the new one in, verify that the LED goes green, and slide the drawer back in.
