rp7420 Add Cell to Partition
i have rp7420 with only 1 cell board (cell 1) working perfectly. i have added a new cell board (cell 0). and there seems not to be a firmware on the cell 0. please see below:

They should be exact, in fact, its kind of a real important rule. You must have a rookie for a CE. Not uncommon now-a-days.

But since this cell is showing 000 only, it may have a problem.
You may consider to try to update all components or better call HP for support.
