Hi Lubo,
First of all it will be necessary to check if bus 0 is that one (even I suspect it is)
For this use ioscan -fnCext_bus, it will show you external bus. Check if external bus 0 is 0/0/1.
If it is, I will suspect you have a termination problem on that bus so check if terminator(also cabling) is properly connected to the DDS.
