sysrev shows OSP revision on rp7410 as 0.000

Run OSP utility also shows its current FPGA version as 0.000. An attempt to upgrade it gives:
Unable to read the OSP ID register, is the OSP programmed?

Power cycle with removing power cords did not help. What's next? Replace system backplane?

Thnx.

Yes, the OSP FPGA (ROM chip) is on the system backplane. Typically when the revision shows as 0.000, it indicates a failed component. Did you have a power failure while attempting to upgrade the firmware recently?

Replacing the backplane would be the next step.
