Temperature thresholds

I need to monitor the temprarture of our two a-class, what command do that.
And I'd like to know if there is a way to change the temperarture threshold

I don't beleive that you can monitor the temperature without an external thermometer (but I will be corrected if I am wrong.)

There is no way to change the temperature threshold, as that would cause damage to the server, should the temperature get too high.

V class servers had temprature sensor in it.

Whay HP did not provide with other servers?
You can not change the threshold.

Some disk cabinets have sensors too.
Maybe your server is connected to such diskcabinet and you may receive messages from EMS.

Take a look at the manpage for the envd daemon: "man envd".

It will give you some good info.
