Re: tpmC PA-8800 1Ghz
This is a superdome.
With 3 vpars and one of this partition have 21 processors PA-8800, and I need to know how many horse power I have.
Thanks.

Re: tpmC PA-8800 1Ghz
The 24-way 4-cell superdome gets 437500 or 18,229 per CPU.
So about 393,414 for a 21-way.
The performance changes depending on the number of cell boards in the partition. ( more is better). Also, vPar overhead has to be taken into account, and of course these numbers are for maximum memory and disk configurations, so your actual numbers would likely be lower.

rp7420 - 4 proc - 79.000
rp7420 - 6 proc - 105.000
rp7420 - 8 proc - 142.000
rp7420 - 12 proc - 200.000
rp7420 - 16 proc - 257.000
rp8420 - 24 proc - 326.000
rp8420 - 32 proc - 400.000

Re: tpmC PA-8800 1Ghz
It seems that the values given by Josha were these of april. In July 2005 it was (don't have last one) :
The 16-way 4-cell superdome gets 292700 or 18,294 per CPU.
The 24-way 4-cell superdome gets 401200 or 16,717 per CPU.
Regards.
