Thanks for your reply.

Let me inform you that the system is not under HP Support /Warranty ,and also I do know the q4 analysis but I want to know any scripts/tricks which can help to analyse ts99 file for errors .

Hi Aneesh,

There isn't a analysing tool for the TombStones files, q4 is a tool to analyze the crash dump.

Please post your ts99 file.

you can only get hp support to analyse the ts99 file. if the reason for you to analyse the ts99 file is because of a system panic/reboot, first of all check the /etc/shutdown file to confirm the system has panic'ed. if it did, verify the ts99 file has valid timestamp and registers. only when a ts99 file is valid, then we will have to analyse it to find out the root cause of the hardware panic. if it isn't a valid ts99 file, the reboot is probably due to a software panic and require analysis on the memory coredump instead.

I did q4 analysis and found cpu4 caused panic to the system.
