Unable to connect RIO cables after replacing System backplane

We have an SD32, its system backplane is faulty. After replacing backplane, I am not able to connect RIO cables to backplane socket. The shrouded plug does not slide in smoothly, It get struck while entering. The RIO cable part # is A5201-63066 / A 044.

Pls. help me in bringing up the system.

Ravindra,
firtly check that none of the pins are bent.
If they are all ok, then compare the shape of the socket to the plug.If they are the same shape they should fit.
Let us know what you find.

I checked all pins are fine, when I insert the plug it struck at middle, but it fits in some other socket.

Pls can anybody give me RIO cable connection diagram and RIO cable part number.

can't find any diagram.
The part number is : A5201-63066
and HP is currentlyt asking 1282.00 US$.

The RIO cable in keyed. There is a specific top and bottom to it, although it is extremely difficult to tell the difference. Please try inverting the cable. Be sure you are retracting the clamp shroud.
