You will have to do a full upgrade as the RP5430 system board does not support 750Mhz Cpu's. If you have an A5191B (check the tag on the front bezel), you can go to 550Mhz, but if you have an A5191A, you won't even be able to do that. If you want 750's or 850's, you will need to go to the RP5470. Here's a link to the upgrade guide:

The L2000 can hold up to 4 CPUs, so adding two more 440MHz would be a cheaper alternative (List Price $2360) to a full backplane swap and processor upgrade (List Price $9145, after $4000 CPU Trade-in)
