Any idea of where I can get info on when PA-RISC will be killed off for itanium?
Heard one more release and thats it but does anyone know actually how long HP will support PA-RISC?
Thanks

The last I heard was that PA-RISC would be supported through 2012 or 2013 I believe.

Re: When will PA-RISC be discontinued and support stopped?

Shalom Vic,

The problem is not hardware support.

The problem is that 11i v3 is supposedly the last OS to be released for PA-RISC.

That will make the PA-RISC systems difficult to work with going forward. I hope that decision is reversed, but it pushes PA-RISC closer to out the door.

Hope I added something.
