802.1x Voice Vlan ProCurve 5406zl

I have a ProCurve5406zl.  I'm trying to configure 802.1x on the device.  I'm having a problem with my phones.

 

Vlan 3 is my data vlan.  Vlan 2 is my voice vlan and is Tagged.  Is it possible to bypass authentication for Vlan 2?

 

The end result would be plugging in any voip phone into any switchport without authentication. 

 

I understand the security risks.
