Where can I get the latest Firmware for IAP 6.5.4.8-6.5.4.8_65873.

I suspect you should login to https://support.arubanetworks.com (if already registered) or, if you haven't an account yet, first register as an Aruba customer/owner and then, once Aruba provides you with valid credentials, do login. Access to Documentation doesn't require you to login.

Ther are PDF files only.

I have issues with an Acces Point, I have another 9 in cluster with no problem,
