cannot install Window BC host agent

Hi,
We fail to install Window BC host agent to
Windows Server 2003 Appliance Edition, is it supported ?

HP StorageWork Server (DL380 G4)
Windows Server 2003 Appliance Edition (running Windows Cluster)
Service Pack and patches are up to date

SMA information
VCS version is 3.0.28
Command View is 3.3.3.1
Business Copy is 2.3
Management Appliance is 2.1

Hi ,

I had the same problem. The problem is a feature of Windows which is called DEP. You should configure DEP to allow running of BC host agent setup exe.
