I have a customer who bought a single Brocade 48000 and his intent was to have two fabrics on the switch. After looking through the FOS 5.3 the only command that looks like it would accomplish that is the chassisconfig command. However it also appears that the option he needs is only supported on the 24000 ( option 2 ). Does anyone know if it's possable to create two fabric in a single 48000 ?

Re: Dual Fabrics in a Brocade 48000 director
He also has two Brocade 4100's in another building which will have an ISL to the director. We will have one ISL to one AD and the second to the other AD will that isolate the ISL's also ? THhanks for the quick response.
