EVA4400 Cannot access management module
I have a new EVA4400 with CV9.3, xcs v09534000 I have had no problems using the server based management on it. I just hooked the network cable to the management module and can ping the 192.168.0.1 address fine, but cannot access the web page at all as the manual instructs at https://192.168.0.1:2373 or even :2372. I have tried holding the reset button in for 10 seconds on the management module, to no avail.
I thought about using the restore cd to restore the management module software, but the instructions seem to indicate I need to access the web page I cannot access to do so...
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: EVA4400 Cannot access management module
If the reset button does not do anything, remove it, wait 10 seconds (or more), plug it back in. Give it time to start back up and try again.
If that does not work, call HP Support, see about getting it replaced.

Re: EVA4400 Cannot access management module
Hey,
Are you sure you do not have anything else on 192.168.0.1? What if you try to access via direct connecting a laptop?
Is the sbm still working?
