Hp Command View EVA windows service acces denied

Hi all,

When I try to start the HP Command View EVA service on windows 2003 server, I got "Error 5: Access is denied"

Everything work fine before windows administrator install patches last sunday. I remove the patches with no luck

What can I do to resolve this problem ?

I uninstall et re-install Command View.

I let you know if it work.
