The is a Web Console named "Command View" where you can check and Edit.

Understand, a Picture says more than words. 

If everything is Green, as here, it is fine and there is no problem at all, if not follow the Yellow Sign.
You can see the Raid Level by showing Volume Properties, as shown here.
If you delete the Volume the Space comes back without any effect on other Data.
But the Volume you delete should be Offline on the Host (see Presentation Tab above) first.
