HP-UX HBA Model, Firmware, and Driver version

How can I tell what model HBA, what firmware version and which driver version I have for my HP-UX HBA's?

From ioscan, I get:

HP Tachyon XL2 Fibre Channel Mass Storage Adapter

From fcmsutil I get:

@(#) PATCH_11.11: libtd.a : Dec 12 2003, 14:34:15, PHSS_28509

But in EVA docs I see names like:

A6795, etc? How do I match "Tachyon XL2" to a "AXXXX"?

Also, in EVA docs I see driver names like:

"11.11.09", etc. that don't look like the fcmsutil output: How do I find what driver I am using?

If you look at the part number search (A6795) you can find out that it's indeed a Tachyon XL2 fiber channel adapter. You can find out the driver details from 'swlist' command.

will check out your Fibre Channel HBA's driver version.
Maybe: PHSS_31326 B.11.11.12
