With iSCSI there is no need to use Trunking.
You can use multiple Ports and every Port with its own IP Address.
At the Host (Server) Side MPIO manages the usage of all these possible Ways.
It is a different approach than the classic networking.

Yes, you should be able to specify a VLAN for the iscsi ports.
