audit logs retention

We have a request from security team to understand the auditlog retention in OV.

Nothing in the documentation which I could point them to.

Q: what is the retention period of audit logs? is it a certain number of entries or size or duration?

It's purely sized based. The file rolls over based on size and we keep approx 150MB of logs
