BSM Connector - HP Oneview hardware event
Hello Support,
i am working on BSM Connector 10.x, integrated with OMi 10.10 and OneView 2.0 in order to monitor HP hardware platform and get related events.
When new event has been received i notice that its created time has different time zone settings value.
Infact cheking it via REST call, it report for example "created": "2016-08-30T09:22:07.081Z" :
{
"type": "AlertResourceV3",
"serviceEventSource": false,
"serviceEventDetails": null,
"parentAlert": null,
"childAlerts": [],
"resourceUri": "/rest/server-hardware/30313436-3631-5A43-4A33-323930304647",
"associatedResource": {
"resourceUri": "/rest/server-hardware/30313436-3631-5A43-4A33-323930304647",
"resourceCategory": "server-hardware",
"resourceName": "02BOX0001L, bay 3",
"associationType": "HAS_A"
},
"physicalResourceType": "server-hardware",
"alertState": "Active",
"severity": "Unknown",
"eTag": "2016-08-30T09:22:07.081Z",
"created": "2016-08-30T09:22:07.081Z",
"modified": "2016-08-30T09:22:07.081Z",
"alertTypeID": "Trap.cpqHo2GenericTrap",
"activityUri": null,
"resourceID": null,
"associatedEventUris": ["/rest/events/5032111"],
"assignedToUser": null,
"changeLog": [],
"clearedByUser": null,
"clearedTime": null,
"healthCategory": "None",
"urgency": "None",
"lifeCycle": false,
"correctiveAction": null,
"description": "Remote Insight Test Trap ",
"category": "alerts",
"uri": "/rest/alerts/29193"
}
but same alert on Oneview user interface show as date (so UTC +02):
8/30/16 11:22:07 am
I would like to know if it is possible to interact with OneView configuration and change this settings in order to have same values between UI and raw informations.
Please do you have any suggestion about it?
Thanks.
Regards,
Fabrizio
