Global Dashboard - no Events in Remote Support Service Events
Hello Community
In the HPE OneView Global Dashboard there are the "Remote Support Service Events" under "Reports" Tab.
Unfortunately I do not see any Remote Support Service events here.
I have enabled Remote Support on HP OneView, service events are also displayed here and a case is automatically opened at HPE. All as it should be.
Now, I expect the Global Dashboard to list all events here, but the report is empty.
Do I have to configure anything in the HPE OneView so that the events are displayed in the Global Dashboard?

Re: Global Dashboard - no Events in Remote Support Service Events
Currently the Remote Support Service Events report in GD is not working (report is empty) against OneView 4.0 and 4.1 because of changes made in the way that Remote Support handles those events. There is a fix in progress, but that fix will not come until the next release of Global Dashboard.
