Hardware update action: 'UPDATE_PRE_CHECK' for host FAILED' on HSM

I have deployed HPE OneView 8.40.00 along with OneView for vMware vCenter.
ESXi host are running 8.0 U1a - 21813344 version However, when I try remediate the image using normal SPP,  not custom, I get the message:

• Hardware update action: 'UPDATE_PRE_CHECK' for host ... FAILED' on HSM 'HPE OneView for VMware vCenter'.
• Hardware Update action: 'UPDATE_PRE_CHECK' for host ....

When I update firmware, drivers and components via OneView, everything works well and fine.

When I manually reinstalled iSUT, everything seemed to work fine, but afterwards I got an error:

Remediation of cluster failed

• "Error occurred while updating the firmware baseline in server profile."

Failed to remediate host

• "Error occurred while updating the firmware baseline in server profile."
• "Error occurred while updating the firmware baseline in server profile."

1Host failed

After few restarts it worked, still it was a bit strange. I will see how it looks like when the next SPP will go live.

@Tomasz1could you specify which things you restarted to get this working? HPOV4VC? vCenter? The blades?
