_HPOneViewAdmin account password change

Where does the ILO user account _HPOneViewAdmin obtain its password and can it be changed?  We have a Oneview install that resides in a DMZ and regulatory requirements say we have to change all passwords on a regular basis.  The only place I see that the password can be changed is within the ILO itself but don't want to break anything.

That password is managed by HPE OneView is a secure "vault" that is not accessible by any external entity.  If you change that password in your iLO's, it will break communication with OneView appliance monitoring or managing it.

Is that documented somewhere?  Compliance people are going to want to see it.

Thanks

Yes, this is documented in the HPE OneView User Guide.  On Page 71 in the link I provided, describes where the account is created, and that its password is randomly generated.  The next section talks about how local passwords (the _HPOneViewAdmin account is hidden from the Local Users section of OneView are stored within the appliance.
