I need to configure active directory integraation in Oneview and we use Oneview 4.1.

You may want to review the below sections:
1. HPE OneView 4.10 User Guide page 81 "About directory service authentication"
2. HPE OneView 4.10 online help 

 http://h17007.www1.hpe.com/docs/enterprise/servers/oneview4.1/cic/en/index.html#s_settings-security-adding-directory-panel-atlas.html  The same is available once you login to OneView.
