OneView - Domain Login Fails with error "The Certificate entered for server does not valid&

While login to Oneview URL with Domain account getting below erro.

The Certificate entered for server "ADSERVERNAME:636" does not appear to be a valid certificate.

Validated AD Server certificate is fine

Other application is connecting fine without any issue with AD

Please help

Hi @nikeDXC 

What version of OneView are you using?
What version did you upgrade from?
Where are you seeing the error? On the login page?
Or when you configure a directory in OneView?
If you see the error message: The directory server certificate is invalid.", do check whether the "baseDN" field you entered while configuring the directory is correct. 
If this does not help, then open a support case.

Thanks for your responce and the issue is resolved

Solution : re created the directory profile using admin account and with new configuration its working fine.

Still we are not sure what is wrong with old directory as the configuration seems to be same as new one.

Good to know you were able to get it working.
Would be very helpful if you can open a support case with a support dump so it can be figured out what went wrong with the previous confguration.
