Hey Chris..
Hmm open a support acse with HP!.. Do you know how painful that is when you outside the fence.. (the HP boundary fence).
I know your right Chris but.
I think I may have found the reason why it failed to upgrade..I'm going to give it another try.
Just doing a cold backup before I start.

As I stated, this community is not for critical or rapid support for product issues. This is a community where customers, partners and others can discuss various topics around HP OneView. If you still are unable to upgrade your appliance, please do open a support case. If you feel you are not recieving the level of support you should get, always ask to speak with a duty manager. That is what I always advise customers.
