POSH HPOneView is ignoring DIR param

Re: POSH HPOneView is ignoring DIR param

This has been raised as an enhancement request on the GitHub PowerShell OneView library Issues tracker.  I am looking into supporting silent installs, but do not have an ETA at the moment.
