Setup large OV environment with 300 DCs

I have to build up a OV enviornment for about 300 branches all over the world. All of this branches have 1-4 servers and administered by our headquarter in Germany.

I now setup all datacenters, linked with the racks and added the server objects to the rack. 

To enable Remote Support and automatic support cases I need to add the address and the contact information to all of this datacenter objects.

Is there a easy and fast way for a bulk import of all the individual addresses and time zones regarding each datacenter?
