Hello,

when i try to load an update package (4.0.3) via PrimeraUI (System->Software) i get following error:

Failed to create local file: open /common/mgmt_files/swpackages/PK-4.0.3.4.star: permission denied

Tried with 3paradm user.

Any idea?

There should be another accompanying file starting with TK... 
Have you tried loading / staging this one first, then the PK-... file?

I tried to upload "PK-4.0.3.4.star" and of course the ISO itself.

But there was no TK-File for download and not in the ISO Archive.

Same error.
