SolutionHi Simon,
Thank you for choosing HPE.
Please let me know after the TIA card replacement if the upgrade was successful or is it still running on 3.7.3 version.
Were there any recent changes on the node root password?
We suggest updating the identity store in the node
Run the following command:
/var/tmp/build/bin/svt-hms-validate.pl && tail /var/svtfs/0/log/svt-hms-validate.log
If Success: (ESXi host credentials are valid)
Run the below command to reinitialize the Identity store credentials;
Sudo su
source /var/tmp/build/bin/appsetup
dsv-identitystore-init <HMS User> <Host IP> <host user root>
now check the svt-federation-show output. If the issue persists, update the vCenter credentials on OVC using the below command [please note that running this command will reboot the OVC and you have to plan downtime in case it is a single node cluster]
dsv-update-vcenter --username –server
Thank you.
