Hpe Simplivity 380 Gen10 with StoreOnce vsa V4 ( free 1TB version )

Hello,

I have installed a storeonce vsa v4( version 4.3.2 ) to act as a second backup target for simplivity on latest simplivity firmware(2022_0624.05) and esxi versions(Build. 19482537), vcenter v7.0U3e build 19717403
Configured the catalyst store and created the client to access it. 

When I want to register the catalyst store I get an error that some input parameters are not correct.
User and password are ok / double checked / IP and FQDN are also correct. No firewall in between what so ever.

Any idea's on what I am missing here?

I have checked with the documentation everything is configured as it should be but I will look at it tomorrow.

Hi Andre1978

Please ensure that you are using the username/password combination for the catalysts agent and not the username/password for the VSA.
Also Please ensure that the client is configured to access the catalyst within the permission page for that StoreOnce catalyst.

Hello Mahesh,

That is what I did the user/password combination in the client settings configuration and allow that user to access the catalyst store.
Did everything according to the manual I think. But will try some stuff tomorrow.
