What is required for generating TruFOS certificate? Valid HPE contract that include software upgrade service?
1. we have valid HPE support contract for the SN3600B SAN switch.
2. We can generate the TruFOS certificate last month, but only valid 14-day.
3. On the Broadcom website, it shows "Support Contract is expired and requires renewal" when generating the TruFOS certificate last week.
4. The HPE support replied us we don't have "software upgrade” or “Software Tech Support" on the warranty, there is nothing they can do..
5. We are frustrated and disappointed as the upgrade plan is on-hold. Seems it is the contract sync issue between Broadcom and HPE website.
6. We are performing self-upgrade. Why still need spending money for "software upgrade” or “Software Tech Support" items???

Yes we can finally generate the TruFOS certtificate now.
Answer: You don't need "software upgrade” or “Software Tech Support" if having issue on TruFOS certtificate.
