Hi,
The HBA Driver Version is 5.1.1
Both HBA are connected to Seperate Fabrics.We have a dual fabric environment.
Out setup has 80 Systems connected to SAN but the panic occured only on 7 Systems not all hence any conclusion on this becomes very difficult as rest all systems were working perfectly allright.

again, FOS 3.0.2k isn't supported (due to Brocade) with these HBAs.Check the support matrix.
