Slow response from Synergy 1200 Frame front port

Folks,

We updated our composers to 5.0.0.1 and now the front port connection to OneView has an extremly slow response. Has anybody experienced this?

Haven't tried the Console Port on any of the environments I have updated to 5.0

Have you done the FLM Upgrade with a new SPP? 
The Front console initial connection is to the FLM GUI and then when you click [Connect] it does a second hop to the actual Composer.

Whether the FLM version is 3.0? If not , please update it and check the status.

How time does it take to open Oneview GUI after you click on Connect from VNC?

I have seen some time it takes about the 5-10mins. 

If its taking more time than expected, my suggestions are below to isolate the problem.

1) Use good known LAN cable and check

2) Reboot Active FLM and check. 

3) If problem persist check the FLM version  and update to the latest SPP (your OV is 5.0.01) and check.

4) In case problem still persist fail over the FLM and check
