Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could steer me toward a solution.
I've made some Ignite-UX tape backups (make_tape_recovery...) and would like to boot them directly
(boot from tape) but this tape device is not listed in the EFI Boot Configuration entries.

OS: HP-UX 11i V3
Local Tape Drive: Ultrium 3000 LTO-5 (SAS)

Re: EFI SAS tape not listed
OK looks good,
I created the CD (just over 500 megs) and it booted.
For Reference in case anyone wants to know:
# ./make_media_install -r B.11.31 -m /tmp/iso_recovery
We only have DVD ROM, so the last burn part errors, but the iso file is made (/tmp/iso_recovery/image.iso).
Here is it booting...

I see the tape drives are listed in the Ignite-UX hardware summary so I'll assume
it should work, I have no desire to wipe the current system out just to test :-)
The 2-step is a good solution for now,
THANK YOU
