Activation problems of 3ND Network Director

Hi all,



I have Liscence key of 3C0m Network Director v1.0 3C15500, while Activation 0f  3C0m Network Director v1.0 3C15500, I got "Error-404-Not Found" error message ,So that i could not access and configure Network Director v1.0 ,what i do please suggest.
