Aruba 5406Rzl2 Network Topology links missing

Aruba 5406Rzl2 Network Topology links missing

We have iMC 7.2  (just recently upgraded)   

Before we added the Aruba 5406Rzl2 all links were visible in Resource\ Network Topology

Since adding the Aruba 5406Rzl2 the fibre links are shown but all ethernet links are not shown.

This is only for the Aruba 5406Rzl2 other switches such as  3com 4210's and  3com 5500's still have the links visible.

Any suggestions as to what is wrong?
