Switch HPE OfficeConnect Switch 1920S 48G 4SFP JL382A can not backup config
hi all!
I have a new switch HPE OfficeConnect Switch 1920S 48G 4SFP JL382A, I already config ok, but when I backup config, It can not create a file backup config. Because I still some switch 1920S and I want use this file backup is file backup template. Pls help me, thank you.

Can you please let me know the firmware on your device and let us know the error screenshot if you have any .
I also sugget you to refer below link and check for Backup and Update Manager

My switch used firmware PD.01.05, I already update PD.01.07, I want create 1 file backup
when I already have 1 file backup, I want use it for another switch HPE 1920s, when I tranfer file backup, it complete, but nothing change in config (Vlan, Port, setup network...) Can you guide me about this issue.

So you are backing up Switch 1 configuration file and trasferring to Switch 2., after transfer you are not seeing the configuration changes in Switch 2 , is that correct ?
Once transfer is completed, i suggest you to reboot by Diagnostics -> Reboot Switch. Once switch comes up check the configurations.

Strage behaviour , I suggest you to log case with support , they will help out the missing pieces here.
