What is the "other" Infosight IO latency factor?

Infosight Predictive Analytics will show the major factors that contribute to IO latency.  The latency factors that are listed include:

• Cache Underprovisioning
• CPU Saturation
• Sequential IO Contention
• Host/Network
• Unaligned IO
• Other

What is inc;uded in the "other" factor.?  I could not find any description of it in the documentation.  We recently started having severe IO latency problems, and "Other" was the #2 factor ... and we don't understand what "other" relates to.

it can be a whole heap of things. Backend system processes, garbage collection, array RED condition. Best to call support and get them to dive deeper.
