Web time out

I have HP IRS version 7.0.8.0171. How can I increase the timeout of the system so that I will be able to keep the page open for a longer period of time?

We're running IRS version 7.3.0.59 and it still times out after 30 minutes.  I've talked to HP and they said there is no way to change it.  I wish we could set it to whatever we want.  It is so frustrating to log in again and again, all day long.

With Insight Remote Support 7.7, you can set the timeout value!  It's under Administrator Settings, on the Settings tab.
