What could be the cause of slow startup on an HP-UX server?

What exactly is slow/ at which point do you think it is too slow?

Hi Torsten,

At some point it seems to be checking for network interfaces that were connected. I've run the lanscan command and all is well. it does boot up but with 11 min delay
