Re: using multilple raid on rx6600
there is no mirroring in your vg00.
it seems you only have 1 disk in built-in sas controller
escsi_ctlr 0 0/2/1/0 sasd CLAIMED INTERFACE HP PC I/PCI-X SAS MPT Adapter
/dev/sasd0
ext_bus 9 0/2/1/0.0.0 sasd_vbus CLAIMED INTERFACE SAS De vice Interface
target 8 0/2/1/0.0.0.0 tgt CLAIMED DEVICE
disk 0 0/2/1/0.0.0.0.0 sdisk CLAIMED DEVICE HP IR Volume
/dev/dsk/c9t0d0 /dev/rdsk/c9t0d0
/dev/dsk/c9t0d0s1 /dev/rdsk/c9t0d0s1
/dev/dsk/c9t0d0s2 /dev/rdsk/c9t0d0s2
/dev/dsk/c9t0d0s3 /dev/rdsk/c9t0d0s3
Add one more disk and you could mirror the disk with mirror-ux (license product).
execute `vgdisplay -v vg00` to display your vg00 (OS) configuration.
Rgds

Re: using multilple raid on rx6600
IR means integrated RAID, the boot disk is already (hardware) mirrored under control of the built-in SAS controller.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
