ASP page does not refresh

Hi,
We have an asp file named FreeTDSReplacement.asp in the DCC (SWH). In the legacy, this file runs with a Meta Refresh tag and refreshes itself once in 2 mins.
Now in DCC, the META Refresh does not work. Not sure if this is an IIS issue. Please let me know how to bye-pass this.
