ISA Server 2004 - Unidentified IP Traffic..

Hello, Whenever we try to publish a server, be it a mail server or a VNC type server, when trying to access it from the Internet we get "Unidentified IP Traffic" and the connection drops. The Default Rule is triggered which denies all traffic. The server hs 2 NICs, one internal, one external. We are looking at publishing OWA for our Exchange, RPC over HTTP and port redirection to a PC IP address. Could someone please help or send me a configuration file? I am certain that I am missing only a small detail to make it work. Thank you fr your help!
