Change of Analog Provider cannot outbound dial

3COM V3000 ANALOG Ver5.0.10

Changed analog provider for three lines after the change the system can recieve calls but can not dial out. New analog provider does not need a 9 dialed the old provider needed a 9. in the system I changed the prefix setting and still no outbound.

I am able to dial out if I dial the extention of one of the external lines first then dial number, is there a more comprhensive example of how to setup NBX to automatically open a line when handset is picked up?
