Create new VLAN entry using SNMP set for HP HP ProCurve 2900-48G Switch

I would like to add/modify/delete vlan entries in 1.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.4.3 (dot1qVlanStaticTable)
When I do snmp set , the action fails

It was simply bad community name problem...
